Once you arrive at Chopta via Haridwar Railway Station at 6 am in the morning, you will be asked to proceed to Chopta for your Chopta camping tour. You are going to visit Chopta via Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Geeta Bhawan. Once your reach Chopta you will be asked by your travel guide to check-in to the hotel and you will get ample of time to settle up at the hotel where you will get the warmest welcome in one of the coldest places in India. After having your breakfast and after you take some time for yourself you can wander around the Chopta which is located at a height of 2900 m. The moment you step out of your hotel room, you will get the feeling that you have indeed reached the Mini Switzerland of India. During noon you will be instructed to equip your trekking gear to experience one of the best trekking places in the whole of India.

You will trek and reach the famous Tungnath, for the record Tungnath is regarded as one of the highest Lord Shiva temples in the entire world. And by the looks of it, the temple is considered to be one of the five Panch Kedar temples in the whole region of Tungnath. At the end of the day, you will be provided with Uttarakhand special dinner. Later in the freezing temperature, you leave for night camp.

Once you are done with breakfast, you will be asked to proceed to Tungnath trek which is situated at the peak of 3680 m. You will have to reach Tungnath via the road that connects the alpine meadows. When you’ll be trekking via this route make sure that you take a broad view of the scenery of the alpine meadows. Later you will have to climb up the hill which ultimately will lead to the famous Chandrashila. This is where your trip will come to an end when you are escorted to Haridwar Railway Station .
